Verzehrempfehlung
Wir empfehlen einen bis maximal zwei Riegel pro Tag, da ein Proteinriegel nicht eine vollwertige und ausgewogene Ernährung ersetzt.
Der MPS BAR liefert dir 22 g hochwertiges Protein. Dennoch solltest du ggf. weiteres Protein konsumieren, um eine MPS aufzulösen. Beispielsweise isst du ihn nach dem Mittag oder Abendbrot.
Du kannst den MPS BAR problemlos täglich essen und so oft du magst. Er kann jedoch bei übermäßigem Verzehr abführend wirken.
